About

A modern space for reflection, support, and meaningful change.

Why I created this

I created The Life Edit because I care deeply about personal growth, but I do not believe it has to feel harsh, clinical, or impossible to keep up with. I’m drawn to the kind of change that feels real and sustainable — the kind built through self-trust, small choices, honest reflection, and practical support.

What you’ll find here

This is where my writing, ideas, and coaching come together. It’s a place for reflections on becoming more confident, grounded, intentional, and connected to the life you want to build. My hope is that what you find here helps you feel understood, encouraged, and a little more sure of what’s possible for you.

What I Bring to This Work

A little more about why I do this and the foundation this work comes from.

Why I feel called to do this

I care deeply about personal growth, but I also know how overwhelming, discouraging, and unrealistic a lot of self-improvement advice can feel. So much of it sounds harsh, disconnected, or impossible to sustain in real life. What I’ve always been more interested in is the kind of growth that feels honest, grounded, and actually livable — the kind built through self-trust, reflection, small changes, and a real desire to create a better life.

Where my perspective comes from

I want to be transparent about the fact that I’m not a licensed therapist or clinical mental health professional, and this work is not a substitute for therapy. What I do bring is lived experience, years of personal reflection, a deep investment in these topics, and a genuine desire to help people feel more clear, capable, and supported. The ideas I share here come from things I’ve actively worked through in my own life — building routines, learning self-trust, becoming more independent, reflecting deeply, and trying to create a life that feels more intentional and more my own.
